2000 - 2013 Suburbans and Tahoes Rear A/C Block Kit

Installation instructions for the Rear A/C Block off kit SRG100009

2000-2013 Suburbans and Tahoes

CAUTION: Refrigerant under high pressure. Be sure to evacuate the system before servicing.

1. Unhook aluminum lines going tho the rear air unit located on the passenger side fender well

low and High side block installation locations

2. Remove the factory sealing washers and install new ones provided to ensure tight seal

3. Install low side block off fitting using the factory nut

Low side Block

4. Install high side block off fitting using the bolt provided

High side block

5. Torque both nuts to approximately 20 inch pounds

NOTE: Adjust refrigerant charge about 1-1 1/4 pounds LESS than factory specifications or approximately 26oz of r134A and 8oz pag 46 oil
