Installation instructions for 2002-2008 Ford Explorer and Mercury Mountaineer Block kit ATMFDX0208

1.  Unhook aluminum lines going to the rear unit, located on passenger front wheel well, using spring lock removal tool.

2.  Remove original o-rings from large male springlock fitting.

3.  Replace with supplied o-rings.

4.  Lubricate all o-rings with refrigerant oil to ensure proper seal.

5.  Install supplied fittings.

6.  Recharge system using 1-1 1/4 pounds less freon than adjust accordingly.
