Installation Instructions For Block off Kit SRG21215

(2012-2015 Chrysler Minivans)

CAUTION: Refrigerant under high pressure. Be sure to evacuate the system before servicing.

1. Disassemble aluminum lines located under passenger side floorboard and move them out of the way.

2. Install the new sealing washers on the new block fittings.

3. Install the new block fittings onto the existing lines and assemble using the new bolts provided

4. Torque to approximately 20 in. lbs.

5. Recharge the system with approximately 1-1 ¼ lbs LESS Freon. DO NOT OVERCHARGE SYSTEM

NOTE: Recharge system using approximately 1 - 1 ¼ lb. LESS than original factory specs then adjust accordingly.
